Start with the operating structure

Before entering live bookings, configure your companies, customers, suppliers and service types. Then confirm user roles and permissions so each person sees only the tools required for their work.

Recommended setup order

1. Confirm site identity, default currency and support contacts.
2. Create or review companies and customers.
3. Create suppliers and service types.
4. Review portal users and permissions.
5. Create a test booking and add services.
6. Check voucher, invoice and email outputs.
7. Review transfers, tours and reports.

The included demo dataset is intended for training and product evaluation and can be replaced with your own business information.
