Understanding Roles and Permissions

Jeevi combines a fixed role hierarchy with configurable portal rights. Higher-level administration can govern user access while operational users remain focused on booking work.

Portal rights

Rights can control viewing, creating and editing bookings; printing documents; sending emails; viewing transfers and tours; managing guests, customers, companies, suppliers and service types; managing tourism products; viewing reports; exporting reports; and viewing the email log.

Access should follow the principle of least privilege: give users the capabilities they need for their responsibilities and no more.
