Using Jeevi in Multiple Languages

Jeevi includes 18 language choices with English as the safe fallback. The visitor can choose a language from the public website, login page or portal, and the preference is stored for future visits.

Automatic first-visit selection

When hosting infrastructure provides a two-letter country header, Jeevi maps the visitor country to an appropriate supported language. If no country signal is available, the browser language is used. No external IP geolocation request is required.

Search-friendly language URLs

The localized public marketing homepage can be opened with a language query parameter and publishes hreflang metadata so search engines can understand the available language variants. Support articles keep one canonical content URL until their article bodies are fully translated.
