Creating and Managing a Booking

Create the reservation

Open New Booking and enter the customer, agent reference, guest details, passenger count, arrival/departure information, status, currency and notes.

Add services

Add one or more service lines. Each service can store its service type, service name, date, time, supplier, pickup, drop-off, rate, quantity and comments.

Keep one operational record

Update the existing reservation instead of creating duplicate records. Authorized users can produce vouchers, invoices and emails from the same booking data.
