Can Jeevi manage both tours and transfers?
Yes. Transfers and tours share the same booking record while retaining their own operational worklists, suppliers, dates, rates and service details.
Does Jeevi support different user roles?
Yes. The system includes GOD ADMIN, Master Admin, Portal Super Admin, Booking Operations, Agency User and Partner Agent access. Each level can be combined with configurable portal rights to suit the business.
Is the included data real?
No. Fresh installations contain only fictional sample companies, customers, suppliers, guests, products and bookings for evaluation and training.
